Privacy policy

01 Scope

This policy covers the LeadBridge AI website (“this website”), including demo booking, sign-up and sign-in, and onboarding.

Data about their own customers that business customers process through the product (such as customer lists and WhatsApp conversations) is outside this policy. See “Customer data processed through the product” below.

02 Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we process the following:

• Demo booking: the name, work email, company name, industry, team size and message you enter, plus your preferred date, time and time zone. We also record when you gave consent and the interface language at the time.
• Sign-up and sign-in: when you sign in with Google, we receive and store your account identifier, email address and its verification status, name and profile picture URL from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Onboarding: workspace name, company name, industry and target markets. For now this stays in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to our servers.
• Technical information: your language preference, and server access logs produced to keep the service running 【to be confirmed: log fields and retention】.

This website does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

03 How we use information

• To contact you and arrange a product demo.
• To provide sign-in and keep accounts secure.
• To remember your language preference.
• To diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Information you give when booking is used only to discuss your demo. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing messages by default.

04 Cookies and local storage

This website uses only the cookies and local storage it needs to work:

• Language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the interface language you chose.
• Session cookie (lb_session): keeps you signed in for 30 days and stops working as soon as you log out.
• Browser local storage (leadbridge.onboarding.v1): stores your onboarding progress, in your browser only.

05 Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary in these cases:

• Providers that host the service or send email for us, limited to what they need to provide that service 【to be confirmed: list of providers】.
• When you sign in with your Google account, Google handles your information under its own policy.
• Where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the lawful interests of users and the public.

06 Storage location and retention

07 Your rights

08 Customer data processed through the product

For customer lists imported into the product and WhatsApp conversations with their customers, the business customer decides the purposes and means of processing. We process that data on the business customer’s instructions.

Business customers are responsible for obtaining their customers’ consent, keeping consent records and handling opt-out requests.

09 Minors

The service is for business users and is not directed at minors. 【To be confirmed: the applicable age threshold.】

10 Changes to this policy

When we update this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its date. For significant changes we will also notify you by reasonable means.
